Competition fires up at Boneo Park ahead of Victorian Dressage Festival at Werribee

By Equestrian Life

Dressage riders have flocked to Boneo Park on Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula for The Dancing Horse Dressage Championships. The event, offering a suite of classes from Preliminary through to Grand Prix, runs Friday and Saturday and features many local riders as well as interstate competitors.

Jayden Brown of Willinga Park is one interstate competitor who’ll be getting some practice in ahead of the Victorian Dressage Festival at Werribee (9-12 December). Jayden is looking forward to riding his first Grand Prix with Rose Deo’s Senator Nymphenburg. Willinga Park has a team of horses down in Victoria to compete, with entries across many of the levels.

Also riding the Grand Prix will be Rebecca Woff and Jazzari, Jessica Hivon and Greenoaks Weltmann, and Pauline Carnovale with Corinna - who has been ridden by Lone Joergensen at Big Tour level for the past couple of years.

You can follow the live scoring from The Dancing Horse Dressage Championships here.
