David McKinnon heads to Lyndal Oatley and Patrik Kittel’s yard

Australian FEI rider, David McKinnon is heading over to Germany to Lyndal Oatley and Patrik Kittel’s yard to fill in for assistant trainer, Malin Wahlkamp-Nilsson, who is stepping away to give birth to her first chid.

Lyndal Oatley shared the news via a post on her instagram page, which read: “So excited to have fellow Aussie in the stables! David McKinnon from McKinnon Sport Horses has come over to fill in for Malin Wahlkamp-Nilsson while she is becoming a mum! When we started trying to think of a rider who could fill in I immediately thought of Dave. Dave is super driven, focused, capable and talented and we are looking forward to having him around! Patrik is super happy to have another bloke around!”
