Disciplinary Tribunal Hearing – Heather Currie

This notice is required to be given under the Equestrian Australia Disciplinary Tribunal Procedure and Protocol and the Equestrian Australia Disciplinary Bylaws.

On 22 June 2016, the Tribunal acting in accordance with the Equestrian Australia Disciplinary Tribunal Procedure and Protocol and the Equestrian Australia Disciplinary Bylaws (By-Laws), determined that Ms Heather Currie had offended under clause 17 (l) of the By-Laws, by the use of improper or insulting words and inappropriate behaviour to an event official.

The Tribunal considered the offence and determined the appropriate penalty, being suspension from ESA official activities for a period of 4 months, commencing from the date of the decision being 22nd June 2016.
