Griffiths has made the decision to withdraw his 2014 Misubishi Motors Badminton horse Trials winner, Paulank Brockagh from this year’s upcoming Badminton. Griffiths and the 16-year-old Irish Sport Horse mare landed in first place at the 2014 Badminton Horse Trials with a total penalty score of 67.9

The Aussie former Olympian has made the decision to take Paulank Brockagh to the now five-star course at Luhmühlen instead, which will be held in early June.

Griffiths will now ride the 12-year-old chestnut gelding Billy Liffy instead, which is owned by Viscount and Viscountess Rothermere and Sam.

Paulank Brockagh would have joined three other eventing stars in being the only horses to have finished seven Badminton Horse Trials.
