Inquest into tragic riders deaths begins in Sydney

A two week inquest into the deaths of Caitlyn Fischer and Olivia Inglis, two young riders who were killed in cross country falls at seperate events in 2016, has begun in the Coroners Court in Sydney.

The inquest will examine a number of issues, including whether safety procedures at NSW equestrian events are adequate and whether physical aspects of the courses contributed to the deaths.
