Mary Hanna and Calanta finished in fourth place last weekend in the Grand Prix (qualification for the Special) at Leudelange CDI4*, in Luxembourg. Hanna and the KWPN 12-year-old mare received a total score of 70.522%

Hanna and her other dressage star, Syriana scored 68.913% in the Grand Prix (qualification for the Freestyle), and scored 68.425% in the Grand Prix, which landed them in eigth place. This show was the combinations only second show together! 

Mary Hanna posted a brief statement on Facebook explaining how pleased she was with the performances from both horses. The post read, “Super Happy with Syriana at our second show. 4th in the GP with a tick under 69%, at Leudelange CDI4*. We are gaining more confidence every day. I love her concentration in the ring. I made a couple of mistakes, but she tries her heart out”. With the other post reading, “So happy with Calanta in the GP CDI4* today in Laudelange. 70.53% and 4th place in a big field of riders. Love my two gorgeous girls..Syri and Cally.”
