Saddleworld is delighted to announce the arrival of the much-anticipated PDS Carl Hester Collection and invites you to visit or call your local Saddleworld to see this innovative saddle range.

The PDS Carl Hester collection was developed in conjunction with UK dressage champion Carl Hester, member of the London 2012 Olympic gold medal dressage team. PDS saddles are made to the most exacting standards of the traditional saddle maker with the inclusion of high-tech features, which assure the fit and comfort that the most discerning horse person expects.

Carl knows that the rider’s seat has the greatest influence on the horse and he looked to incorporate design features to allow the rider to attain a balanced and independent seat, which enhances the harmony between horse and rider and improves the refinement of the aids.

All saddles in the Carl Hester Collection feature:
  • Perfect union between horse and rider. Rider and horse immediately feel as one.
  • Carbon fibre tree.
  • X-Change System - All PDS saddles can be adjusted easily, often on site, to ensure that your saddle always fits perfectly.
  • AMS Panels – Advanced Movement System panels distribute the load evenly to allow freedom of movement for your horses back.
  • Specialty foam and flock panel for maximum comfort and weight distribution.
  • Anatomically designed knee blocks to support riders, encouraging them to lengthen their thigh.
  • Premium quality double stitched calf leather.
  • All saddles feature identical girthing options without point straps, allowing maximum freedom of movement through the shoulder.
