Shauna Larcombe and her palomino quarter horse mare Designed with Shine have done Australia proud in the reining final a WEG with a terrific score of 219 for =19th place.

They were the only Aussie pair to contest the final after qualifying direct from the first round. Aussies Robyn and Warwick Schiller both received very impressive scores in the second individual qualifying round, but unfortunately just missed out on a place in the final.

The final saw Belgium’s Bernard Fonck and What a Wave take the gold over the Americans, with the host nation’s Daniel L Huss and Ms Dreamy taking the silver.

Cade McCutcheon and Custom Made Gun - who had the highest qualifying score going into the final -  will ride off with Brazil’s João Felipe Andrade C S Lacerda and Gunner Dun It Again for the bronze. Stay tuned!
