Steffen Peters and Suppenkasper

Olympic dressage rider Steffen Peters rode the extremely talented 12-year-old KWPN gelding, Suppenkasper to victory last weekend in the Global Dressage Festival CDI3* Grand Prix Special.

The combination received a total score of 76.149%, which is now the second highest Grand Prix Special score that they have received.

Peters is still at the top of the World Cup North American League standings, and needs one more result to qualify for the FEI Final in Las Vegas, which is set to commence in later this year in April.

Second place in the Grand Prix Special was awarded to Great Britain’s Susan Pape and Harmony’s Eclectische, with a total score of 69.936%, while third place was awarded to Anna Marek and See Clair, with a total score of 68.851%.
