Tickets for the eagerly-anticipated Longines Global Champions Tour of Doha, the final showdown of the exhilarating 2014 season, went on sale this morning at 7am CEST.  In a little over two weeks, from 13th-15th November, the best show jumping horses and riders in the world will arrive in Qatar to compete for their final overall classification of this five-star international series and the lion's share of a €1million (around US$1.27million) end of season bonus prize fund. The Longines Global Champions Tour of Doha Grand Prix on Saturday 15th November offers this year's star riders their very last opportunity to collect Championship points. 

The event is hosted by AL SHAQAB, part of the celebrated Qatar Foundation, and one of the most advanced and magnificent equestrian facilities in the world. Due to some truly incredible performances from the sport's biggest names over the previous 13 rounds of this year's 14 round series, only the top three ranked riders in the Championship - four-time Olympic Gold medallist Ludger Beerbaum (GER), two-time Olympic Silver medallist Rolf-Göran Bengtsson (SWE) and current World No1 Scott Brash (GBR) - can claim the coveted 2014 season crown and overall glory in AL SHAQAB's impeccable arena. However, the rest of the Ranking Top Ten will be battling to produced the best result they can to secure their maximum possible reward, so the competition will be fierce. 

Last year's final Grand Prix in Doha was an electric display of world-class sport which saw Scott Brash rise dramatically from 6th place in the ranking to take both the Grand Prix win and season title in an unprecedented clean sweep. This year's Championship race is much closer and promises to be even more exciting, and you could be there to experience it all! Seeing the might and splendor of these elite, top level competition horses up close is sure to blow you away.
