Champion jumper Mic Mac du Tillard (Cruising X Galoubet A) was officially retired last weekend at the Paris leg of the Longines Global Champions Tour.

The horse’s long and successful career included team bronze at the 2013 European Championships and a World Cup win in Gothenburg in 2011, both with Angelica Augustsson. Current rider David Will took over the reins in 2014. The mare had extensive international success with both riders, winning events from Aachen to Abu Dhabi and everywhere in between.

She will now head back to Elevage du Tillard in Normandy where she born, to start the next chapter of her life as a broodmare.
