The 2018 Tasmanian Dressage Championships took place on the 3rd and 4th of March at the Tasmanian Equestrian Centre, Lauderdale.

Results

FEI classes


The Inter I/Prix St Georges Championship went to Bernadette Gibson and Neversfelde Rafael, while the Inter B/Inter A Championship was won by Meegan Daun and Sir Archibald. The Grand Prix/Inter II Championship went to Helen Malcolm and Argo, while the Mandy Parsons and LBA Zhia won the Para Grade IV Individual and Freestyle tests - scoring a terrific 70.158% in the latter.

Pony classes

The Pony Preliminary Championship went to Fairfield Fantasia ridden by Tamara Smith after the pair won both tests, while Pony Novice Champion went to Tania Hay and Shipstern Allshow. Sharen White and Evergreen Hullabaloo won the Pony Elementary Championship, and the Pony Medium Championship went to Leanne Moore and Sheldene Benallen.

Preliminary - Advanced

The Preliminary Championship went to Linda Smink and Clearview Francesca with two scores over 70%/, and the pair were also convincing Novice Champions. Lydia Jackson and Malteaser R took out the Elementary Championship, the Medium Championship went to Jamie Smith and Double Espresso, and Kerrie Swan-Bates won the Advanced Championship with Southern Lights.
