Chris Burton and Clever Louis are the best placed Australian combination, in fourth place on a great score of 26 penalties. The pair are just a couple of penalties behind the leader, Germany’s Sandra Auffarth and Let’s Dance 73 on 24.9.

Kevin McNab and Fernhill Tabasco are in 11th on 28.5, Catherine Burrell and Duke are 43rd on 32, Sammi Birch and Finduss PFB are 88th on 39, and Ben Leahy aboard Imperial Plan are 90th on 39.3.

Sammi’s groom Helen Tagg had a reason to celebrate, taking out this year’s Best Groom Award. Congratulations Helen!
