Kristy Oatley sets new Aussie record in Pilisjászfalu CDI-W | ||

Kristy Oatley and Du Soleil have set a new Australian CDI Grand Prix record at a World Cup event in Pilisjászfalu, a village in the Budapest region of Hungary. The 15-year-old chestnut Hanoverian by De Niro just keeps getting better, with the pair scoring 73.913% to win the CDI-W Grand Prix. Second place went to Russia’s Regina Isachkina and Sun of May Life on 71.261%, while France’s Morgan Barbancon and Bolero were third on 71.130%. Full CDI-W Grand Prix results. The Aussie pair then went on to win the CDI-W Grand Prix Freestyle final on 78.625%, earning points towards qualifying for the World Cup Final in Vegas next year. The Netherlands’ Hans Peter Minderhoud on Zanardi placed second on a score of 74.475%, while Russia’s Regina Isachkina on Sun of May Life were third on 74.000%.
