Alicia Ryan selected for Swedish team at World Young Horse Championships

The Swedish Equestrian Federation announced their team selection for the FEI WBFSH Dressage World Breeding Championship for Young Horses on Thursday, with Australian Alicia Ryan named.

Equestrian Australia has today announced the expansion of a Trans-Tasman show jumping series, with three events now scheduled for 2025. Alongside the Senior competition, a Young Rider team competition will also be included at each event.

In three years time, the Olympic Games will return to Los Angeles for the third time in history, a remarkable milestone for the iconic Host City. To celebrate the Road to 2028, LA28 recently released the first look at the Olympic competition schedule. 

All eyes are on Sparsholt College in England, where an Australian team is gearing up for the 2025 Virtus World Equestrian Dressage Championships from 21-25 July.

Australia’s next generation of dressage talent took centre stage at the 2025 Australian Youth Dressage Championships. More than 100 combinations descended on Charles Sturt University in Wagga Wagga, braving torrential rain to put their best hoof forward.

The German team has won the latest leg of the 2025 FEI Dressage Nations Cup, held in Falsterbo, Sweden.
