The 2018 Saddleworld Brisbane CDI began yesterday, with the event being held over four days. The anticipated event is sure to bring out some fantastic results, with various classes of various levels being held throughout the duration of the event.
Yesterday showcased a variety of tests, with two Preliminary tests, two Medium tests, one Advanced and one Intermediate II.

The Kohnke’s Own Grand Prix CDI class commenced this afternoon, with the class having a handful of brilliant horse and rider combinations. However, it was Alexis Hellyer and the magnificent Bluefields Floreno who took the win, with the combination claiming a score of 70.913 percent.

Second place went to Sue Hearn and Remmington with a score of 69.196 percent, and behind in third, with a score difference of .087 percent went to Shannan Goodwin and Aristede. Rozzie Ryan came in fourth and fifth, with Jarrah R scoring 66.870 percent, while Adonie scored 65.457 percent. Sixth went to Maree Tomkinson and Starlight, with 64.565 percent and seventh place went to Sue Hearn and Jude, with a score of 63.217 percent.

The Flexible Fit Equestrian Grand Prix Special CDI is on tomorrow, with the Pryde’s Easifeed Grand Prix Freestyle CDI to follow on Saturday the 21st.
