The final day of the 2018 Victorian Dressage Champions is done and dusted!
The FEI Grand Prix Special went to Susan Elekessy and Don Rubin on 64.504%.
The FEI Inter I Freestyle was won by Justine Greer and Jaybee Cavalier on 72.717%, just ahead of Clare Porz and Deejay on 71.817%. Mary Nitschke and Utopian Cardinal finished in third place on 68.192%.

The Para Equestrian Freestyle classes saw Joann Formosa and Worldwide PB win the Grade II on 73.378%, with the pair also crowned Grade II Champions. Elizabeth Skinner and Freedom Spyda won the Grade III Freestyle and were also named Grade III Champions. In the Grade IV, it was Phoebe Roche and Saddle Up Romper Stomper who won the Freestyle with a score of 70.8%, and they were also the Grade IV Champions.

In the Medium classes, it was Ruth Schneeberger and Roxleigh Fidelio who won the 4.2 on 72.372%, while Georgina Foot and Zoe won the 4.3 on 71.217%; the latter were crowned Medium Champions. The Pony Medium Champion was Bamborough Jabiluka, ridden by Bettina Kopetzky.
The 7 Year Old Young Horse class went to Charlie Welsh and Horizonte De Jeu on a score of 71.015%, ahead of Susan Elekessy and Callum Park Grenadine, also on 70.015%.
The Participation Novice 2.1 was won by Eliza Harvey and Heatherton Park Surprise on 69.815%, while the 2.2 went to Pernille Hogg and Bestseller on 69%.
When it came to club teams, VDC Team 7 won the Advanced and WPVDC Team 1 won the Novice.
Congratulations to all competitors for not only great performances, but also for coping with the hot weather over the first few days of the event!
