William Fox-Pitt and Fernhill Pimms tackle the water at Burghley Horse Trails 2015.

A crowd favourite at Burghley, William Fox-Pitt provides viewers with the best seat in the house as he and Fernhill Pimms tackle the 2015 cross country course.

Fox-Pitt achieved an outstanding dressage score, however 20.4 cross country time penalties and a rail in the showjumping saw him finish in 10th position.

Fox-Pitt is notably absent from this year's event due to his commitments in Rio.
