Olympian and World Championship dressage rider Simone Pearce added another strong result to her growing showjumping resume at the Longines Global Champions Tour in Vienna (26-28 September).

With the 10-year-old mare, Neugschwents Loretta (Glock’s London x Diarado), she delivered three clear rounds in the CSI1* classes, finishing eighth in both the 1.10m Two Phase Special and 1.15m Against the Clock out of 21.

Already making her mark beyond the dressage arena, Simone is embracing showjumping alongside her fiancé, top rider Martin Fuchs.

Praising Loretta on social media, Simone said: “She’s honestly the best horse in the entire world and I’m so thankful to be on this ‘jumping journey’ with her. I feel very blessed to be able to learn and take on these totally new experiences with the best horse, the best trainer/fiancé, and the best team!”
