Earlier this month, the FEI appointed the ground jury for the 2026 FEI WBFSH Dressage World Breeding Championship for Young Horses, to be held in Verden, Germany (4-9 August 2026).
The ground jury includes:

- Elke Ebert (GER) – President, 7-year-olds
- Monique Peutz-Vegter (NED) – Commentating Judge
- Peter Storr (GBR) – Commentating Judge
- Knut Danzberg (GER) – Commentating Judge
- Alice Schwab (AUT)
- Juan Carlos Campos Escribano (ESP)
- Agnieszka Majewska (POL)
- Frederico Pinteus (POR)
- Hans Voser (SUI)
- Mats Erikson (SWE)
- William Warren (USA)
- Maria Colliander (FIN) – Reserve Judge

Late last year, officials were also appointed for the 2026 FEI Dressage World Championships in Aachen, with Australian FEI 5* Judge Mary Seefried selected for the Dressage Judges Supervisory Panel (JSP) and compatriot Kirsten Neil appointed to the Veterinary Commission for Week 1.
Verden – home of the Hannoveraner Verband (Hanoverian Society) is hosting the Championships for a three-year cycle, from 2025 to 2027.
Australians in action
In 2025, Australia had two combinations compete at the Championships: Alex Vodermair and Exact in the six-year-old class who placed fourth in the Small Final and Tayla Desmet and Dark Diamond who contested the five-year-old class and finished sixth in the Small Final.
