Australian Jumping Championships – Day 3 Highlights

The 2024 Australian Jumping Championships continued today at Willinga park – highlighting the next generation of both rider and horse stars.

JPR Equestrian Australian Junior Championship Round 2

Tanner Robinson had a standout performance, taking both first and second place in the Junior Championship Round 2. She rode Magnum MVNZ to the top spot with a jump-off time of 41.31 seconds and followed closely with Cracker for second. Jasmine Spira and Rosthwaite Balouchi completed the top three.

Reflecting on her success, Tanner shared, “I didn’t expect to get first so to get first and second, it’s incredible.” Adding, “The courses are a lot more technical than what we’re used to – but that’s not a bad thing. It’s nice to have more courses designed by overseas course designers (Olaf Jun. Petersen) to have a go at and give us a taste of what’s overseas.”
