The acquisition includes the business and the expansive 318-hectare landholding on the Mornington Peninsula, signaling a significant new era for Boneo Park.

Georgia Solomon, co-founder of Duncraig Capital and regular competitor at Boneo echoed the sentiment, stating, “We are grateful to the McNaught family for their dedication in developing Boneo Park into one of Australia’s premier equestrian facilities over the past 20 years. As passionate horse enthusiasts, we are honoured to continue the legacy of Boneo and ensure its ongoing success. Our team is committed to enhancing the facility’s equestrian capabilities while preserving its natural beauty, including the pristine wetlands and Moonah woodland, for the community.”
The sale will see an expansion of operations at Boneo Park, utilsing its top-tier facilities to provide excellent care and amenities for both horses and riders.
The transition of ownership will be a collaborative effort, with Duncraig Capital working closely with the McNaught family over the next 18 months before officially taking the reins in 2026.
Current staff members will retain their roles, with opportunities for new management positions to be advertised in the near future.
Blue Mini, a local hospitality provider, will continue to operate the venue’s casual dining and café, Arilla, ensuring that visitors can enjoy a welcoming dining experience during events and for functions.
