Jemma Heran & Total Recall win CDI3* Grand Prix Special in Florida

Australian rider Jemma Heran has won the CDI3* Grand Prix Special with Total Recall during week three of the Adequan Global Dressage Festival in Wellington, Florida.

Australian dressage rider Jemma Heran has enjoyed her first international Grand Prix victory with Total Recall, taking out the CDI3* Grand Prix Special during week three of the Adequan Global Dressage Festival in Wellington, Florida.

The pair scored 69.021% to claim the win, finishing ahead of Germany’s Evelyn Eger and Gossip Girl 9 on 68.426%, and the USA’s Erin Nichols riding Elian Royale on 68.383%.

It was a personal best CDI Grand Prix Special score for Jemma and Total Recall, a 13-year-old Oldenburg gelding by Totilas out of Weihevoll by Sandro Hit. Weihevoll is also the dam of Isabell Werth’s champion mare, Weihegold OLD.

Earlier, the Jemma and Total Recall placed third in the CDI3* Grand Prix on a score of 67.630% – their second-best performance together in a CDI Grand Prix test – with the class won by Michael Klimke on Harmony’s Dante’s Peak (68.087%).
