Australian dressage star Simone Pearce has recently added two new horses to her stable.

Purchased by Team Fuchs (Swiss show jumping rider Martin Fuchs and business partner Ilan Ferder), Nashville Star and Key Largo are exciting new prospects for Simone.

Nashville Star is a six-year old KWPN stallion by Desperados out of Ezraijgje, by Westpoint, while Key Largo is a nine-year-old black KWPN stallion by Glock’s Toto Jr out of Terrorieta, by Olympic Ferro.

“I’m really excited about Nashville Star and also Key Largo!” says Simone. “We got them both from Reesink Horses in Holland and I think they are both very exciting horses for the future.

“I’ve only ridden Nashville Star a couple of times, but I directly have the feeling that he’s something very special for the future! It’s a line which is very close to me as his father, Desperados, is from my previous long-term employer Gestüt Sprehe.

“I’ve ridden many great horses from Desperados, including my dual Olympic partner Destano. And I also rode [Nashville Star’s] grand sire on his mother’s side, Westpoint! So, it’s super cool to see the combination of two stallions I know and love.”

We look forward to following Simone’s journey with these two horses!
