Stakkino is a quality 16.3 hand, 13-year-old bay imported Oldenburg gelding. German-bred by Stalypso. ‘Klaus’ has competed successfully to four-star level eventing. He has good paces and a brave, scopey jump. Klaus would make an outstanding schoolmaster for an ambitious rider. Klaus is working Medium/Advanced level dressage.
In 2022 Klaus had a tendon injury; he completed an extensive rehab program and has been back in full work for over 6 months and has veterinary clearance to return to competition. He has been out competing in jumping and eventing competitions, recently placing third at Canberra International Horse Trials. Klaus is a beautiful and talented horse who is easy to have around. He has a huge amount of experience to share with his lucky new rider.
