Sharon Jarvis and Furst Crusador (owned by Charlotte Lassetter) have secured their final Paris Paralympic qualifying score on Saturday, achieving 67.838% for eighth place in the CPEDI3 Grade IV Grand Prix B at Kronenberg CPEDI, held at Peelbergen Equestrian Centre in the Netherlands.

This score means that they meet the Competition Criteria section of Australia’s Nomination Criteria for the Paris Paralympics, which requires two scores of 67% or higher in the Grand Prix A or B tests at events of CPEDI3* level or higher. This result follows their previous qualifying score of 70.4% and 67.6%, achieved at Addington CPEDI in the UK in March 2024.

Australian riders had a strong day at the event, with Melissa Cannon and Quentino 43 scoring 66.228% in the CPEDI3* Para Grand Prix B V, while Kylie Christian and Ivan Carlos achieved 61.677% in the CPEDI3* Para Grand Prix B IV. Emma Booth and Saimir followed up their qualifying performance yesterday with a score of 65.889% in the CPEDI3* Para Grand Prix B III. The Australian team finished in a commendable seventh place overall.

The final Paralympic qualifier for Australian-based riders will continue today at the Hawkesbury Dressage Festival in Sydney. This event will be streamed live on our LIVE TV page.
