The Victorian Equestrian Interschool Series (VEIS), sponsored by RB Sellars, held the third round of the 2025 Dressage Series at Werribee Park National Equestrian Centre on Saturday, 12 May.
“This round was hosted by Geelong Grammar School, and we thank Marina Oman and her team of volunteers for running a fabulous event,” says VEIS Committee President, Michelle Heagney.
“The weather was perfect for riding, with warm sun and no breeze at all, and whilst this is lovely for competing in, some rain for our farmers and growers of hay would be greatly appreciated too.”
The VEIS was established approximately 20 years ago to support quality dressage and showjumping competitions run under EA rules to encourage skill development at the grass roots level.
“The VEIS is a hotly contested series in Victoria as it is a selection pathway to be on the Victorian team for the Interschool Nationals to be held later this year in Sydney,” explains Michelle.
