Para Equestrian
Run by Hawkesbury Dressage Club, the popular Hawkesbury Dressage Festival is back again this year at Sydney International Equestrian Centre from 14-22 June. This year, the event hosted an international-level Para Dressage competition (CPEDI3* and CPEDI2*), as well as Virtus Equestrian classes in conjunction with the team at Carlton Performance Horses. These classes were run over the first three days of competition, from 15-17 June.
Excitement is in the air this week as 28 athletes gear up to compete at Sydney’s CPEDI at the Sydney International Equestrian Centre, held in conjunction with the Hawkesbury Dressage Festival (14–22 June).
Para Equestrian is locked in for the 2028 Los Angeles Paralympics and will retain the same athlete quotas as Paris.
Planning is underway for the 2025 RDA (NSW) Dressage and Mounted Games Championships from 29-31 August at Sydney International Equestrian Centre.
The Australian Championships will return to Boneo Park in Victoria in 2026, marking the fifth time the venue has hosted the event.
The 2025 Virtus Equestrian Video Competition series is underway, with the top three placegetters announced for each division following round one.
