“Yesterday was a very, very good day for me.
The first video is Spike in the middle of November 2017. Walking was an issue. Trotting was too hard. And what’s a canter? I honestly thought his ridden days, his jumping days, were completely over and it was time to retire him indefinitely.
Forward on to June 1st 2018, the second video, after 8 weeks of feeding Rose-Hip Vital Equine, there’s still slight signs of stiffness, which is a given considering he’s rising 18yo, but he can semi-hold a canter stride.
There is hope yet!
So happy with the initial results. Retiring him prematurely was enough to make me retire myself.
