USA could see return of equestrian competitions as early as 1 June
By Equestrian Life
The United States Equestrian Federation (USEF) have hinted that equestrian competition may resume as early as 1 June, 2020.
The USEF announced the possible return of competitions in a press release for their Webinar Series, of which the first instalment is entitled “Planning for a Safe Return to Competition”. This webinar is due to go live today.
“This is a good opportunity for trainers, exhibitors and competition managers to understand how to work together to create the safest possible environment for everyone, as we look ahead to restarting 2020 competitions as early as June 1 with a phased regional approach in line with local and state government restrictions,” says the USEF.
Just over a week ago, the suspension of USEF events was extended to 31 May in line with public health authority recommendations.
