2021 British Eventing season confirms delayed start due to Covid-19

It has been confirmed that the 2021 British Eventing season will not begin before the 26 March due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Normally, the season would kick off at the beginning of March.

“The team at British Eventing continue to work closely with our event Organisers to ensure that we are ready to start sport as soon as restrictions allow. In consultation with our event organisers due to host events in early-March, we have made the decision that competitive sport will not resume before 26 March 2021,” reads a recent update from British Eventing.

The announcement means that events at Tweseldown, Hampshire, and Oasby, Lincolnshire, (11-14 March), Lincolnshire, (19-21 March), and Moreton, Dorset (20-21 March) are now cancelled.
