France announces Tokyo teams

The French Equestrian Federation has announced its teams that will be heading to the Tokyo Olympics. The equestrian powerhouse country will be looking to replicate performances from the 2016 Rio Olympics, where they claimed the team gold medal in both the eventing and show jumping, as well as the individual silver in eventing.

The teams are as follows, with the French Equestrian Federation yet to nominate which combinations are the travelling reserves for each discipline:

Eventing
