Boyd Exell wins opening event of FEI Driving World Cup leg in London

Australian driving sensation Boyd Exell has won the opening competition of the FEI Driving World Cup leg in London.

A timed obstacle competition with a drive-off, Boyd and his team were one of three to make the second round and ultimately finished on a total score of 280.76, ahead of the Netherlands’ Koos De Ronde on 287.788.

Boyd was accompanied by Emma Olsson and Hugh Scotty Barretti, with his equine team including Bajnok, Conversano Poker, Mad Max and Neapolitano Nimrod.

The second round of the FEI Driving World Cup leg in London takes place Saturday evening local time.
