The complex was built by Olympic dressage rider Mary Hanna and originally named Statene Park.

According to Realestate.com, Mr Dixon had previously tried to sell the property in 2022, and most recently lodged plans with Geelong’s council to subdivide the property, with is zoned for farming, to separate the equestrian complex from the remaining paddocks.

The expressions of interest campaign closes in February.
