CDI3* hat-trick for Jessica Dertell at Willinga Park

Nineteen-year-old Jessica Dertell has completed the hat-trick at Willinga Park’s Dressage by the Sea, on Sunday winning the CDI3* Grand Prix Special with stallion Cennin on a PB score of 72.043%.
The pair added the win to their CDI3* Grand Prix and Freestyle victories on Friday and Saturday.

Jessica also claimed victory in the CDI-U25 Grand Prix Freestyle with Syriana on 74.35%.
Second on Sunday in the Special was Mary Hanna and Ivanhoe on 68.872%, while Charlotte Phillips and CP Dresden were third on 66.553%. Elliot Patterson and Del Piero ZF finished fourth on 65.404%, and Caroline Wagner rounded out the top five on 64.596% with Ibicus.

In the young horse classes, MP Phoenix Rising for Deon Stokes won the 4YO class o84.9%, Alex Vodermair rode Exact to victory in the 5YO class with 83.8%, John Thompson and Sicario claimed the 6YO class on 85%, and Javais Ham won the 7YO class on a score of 73.829% with Mayfield Fez.
Georgina Foot and Zoe backed up their Inter I win in the Inter I Freestyle, scoring 73.308%, and the Inter A/B Freestyle went to Serena Ireland and Royalty R on 71.883%.
The CDI-J Freestyle saw a clean sweep of the Junior classes for Maddison Vallender and Rubinell, with the pair posting a PB of 75.575%. In the CDI-Y, it was Hannah Rockwell who finished at the top of the field with Baumann’s Diorella on a PB score of 71.7%.
The Pony Freestyle as won by Abby Weel and Reitland’s Obama on 68.075%, and the Children’s Freestyle went to Matia Hopwood riding Clare Downs Arian Lledrith on 72.45%.
In the Elementary 3.2, Tanisha Ryan and Sevenoaks Fenrys scored 73.688% to claim victory, with the pair ultimately being named Elementary Champions.
