The Australian jumping team has finished in ninth place at the CSIO3* Nations Cup competition at Peelbergen Equestrian Centre in Kronenberg, the Netherlands, finishing less than a rail behind Great Britain and one penalty ahead of Sweden.

The team, consisting of Tom McDermott and Cooley Gangster, Amelia Douglass and Quel Filou 16, Gabi Chugg and PSS Levilensky, and Thaisa Erwin and High Star Hero, put in an excellent performance, especially considering two riders were taking part in their first Nations Cup. Stephen Lamb was the Australian jumping Chef d'Equipe.

The class was won by the home side – the only team to complete the competition on a team total of 0 penalties – with Canada claiming second on 4 penalties and Ireland in third on 8.

Over two rounds of competition, the Australian team finished on a total of 15 penalties (where the best three scores from each round contributed to the team total). The individual scores were:

Amelia and Quel Filou 16 finished 23rd with just one rail and one time fault.

Edwina Tops-Alexander had a couple of young horses in action at the event. Both Uppercourt Cappucino and Labantrix jumped clear in the CSI1* Table A On Time 1.35m to finish 23rd and 25th respectively, with Uppercourt Cappucino also producing a double clear in the CSI1* Two Phases Table A 1.35m.
