Australian riders score well in the CDI3* Grand Prix Special at Aachen

On the final day of the Aachen Dressage Days CDI, two Australian combinations competed in the CDI3* Grand Prix Special.
 
Mary Hanna and Boogie Woogie 6 scored 69.106%, finishing in fifth place; three judges awarded the pair scores of 70% or more, with the highest being 71.064% from the judge at B.
 
Briana Burgess and Sissi 769 scored 67.319% for tenth place; their highest score was a 68.511% from the judge at E.
 
Shelly Francis of the USA riding Danilo was a clear winner, scoring 73.745%. Interestingly, the scores ranged from 71.702% from the judge at C, through to a huge 79.149% from the judge at E. Second place went to Finland’s Henri Ruoste and Roccabar on 71.638%, while Juliette Ramel of Sweden finished third aboard Wall Street JV with a 71.234%.
