Carl Hester and his talented Rio Olympic mount, Nip Tuck are set to take on the CDI4* at the Royal Windsor Horse Show next month, which will be their second competition together since finishing fourth at the European Championships in 2017.

Carl and “Barney” had a winning return to competition life together, winning the CDI3* at Keysoe earlier in the year, winning both the Grand Prix and the Grand Prix Freestyle. The unbeatable duo scored 74.457% in the Grand Prix, ahead of Charlotte Dujardin on Erlentanz, who scored 73.413%. Carl and “Barney” backed up their Grand Prix win with a total score of 78.725% in the freestyle.

Charlotte Dujardin will also be competing in the CDI4* at the Royal Windsor Horse Show on Erlentanz.
