DJWTS is underway!
PSI Dressage & Jumping with the Stars kicked off Thursday at Werribee Park National Equestrian Centre, and already there has been some outstanding performances.
In the first rounds of the Australian Young Jumping Horse classes, the 4 Year Old winner was Clasique Emerella, ridden by Tom McDermott, the 5 Year Old winner was Kiara DP, ridden by Allyson Lamb, the Six Year Old winner was Yalambi’s Kandy Ripple, also ridden by Tom McDermott, and the Seven Year Old winner was Yalambi’s Jadore, ridden by Kate Hinschen.
Also in the jumping arena were many of the country’s top combinations in the Current Stars competition. Tom McDermott placed first and second with Alpha Activity and Elegance De La Charmille respectively.

In the Eventing Young Horse Classes, Yoicks Baltimore and Isabel Houghton won the 4 Year Old & 5 Year Old class, while the 6 Year Old & 7 Year Old class went to Fantasik Mr Fox and Deon Stokes.
In the dressage area, the first rounds of the Australian Young Dressage Pony and some of the Horse classes took place. Brookside Grand Illusion won the 4 Year Old Pony class with Leisha Salter in the saddle, while in the 5 Year Old Pony class, Brookside Shazam and Annie Creed claimed first place. Belmore Park Perfect Timing and Faye Hinchliffe won the 6 Year Old class.
In 4 Year Old Horse class, Maree Tomkinson won with the imported mare Imagine II on a huge 87%. Jayden Brown and WillingaPark Quincy B won the 7 Year Old class.
In the Prix St Georges Cup, Jayden Brown and WillingaPark Fusion were victorious with a score of 72.157%.
