PB and qualifying score for Melissa Cannon in Hagen

Australian para dressage rider Melissa Cannon has posted a Paris Paralympic qualifying score and PB on the first day of CPEDI competition in Hagen, Germany.
Mel and Quentino 43 achieved a PB of 67.009% in the CPEDI3* Grand Prix A Grade V test; as a score of 67%+, it’s therefore a Paris Paralympic qualification score as per Australia’s nomination criteria.
Fellow Aussies Emma Booth and Saimir scored 66.278% for eighth place in the CPEDI3* Grand Prix A Grade III, while in the CPEDI3* Grand Prix A Grade IV, Kylie Christian and Ivan Carlos scored 59.454% for twelfth place.

CDI3* competition wraps up
With the CDI3* Grand Prix completed on Friday, Aussie Will Matthew ended up 18th on 69.434% on Mysterious Star; Jess Dertell and Cennin were 23rd on 68.087%; and Mary Hanna was 42nd on 64.087% with Ivanhoe.
Denmark’s Nanna Skodborg Merrald maintained her lead from Thursday with Blue Hors Zepter, to win the class on 78.739%.
