Have you got a spare $100 million to buy the equestrian property of your dreams? It seems like a lot of money, but if you think of it as ‘for the horses’, you could almost justify it.
A co-founder of Calvin Klein has just listed his 740-acre luxury equestrian estate near Manhattan, NY for offers of $100 million.
The successful racehorse breeder, Barry K. Schwartz, has decided to leave Stonewall Farm which comes with three large stables/barns, a turf racetrack, riding trails, training yards, and plenty of paddocks.

All the stable blocks and training facilities are first class, and the house isn’t too shabby either.
Built in a colonial plantation style, the mansion holds several formal reception rooms, a grand dining room, a sunroom, a two-storey library, 2,200-bottle wine cellar, and a pool pavilion… that’s right, it’s not even just a pool room, it’s a pool pavilion.

But back to the horses, because we all know that equestrians care more about the stables than they do the house.
There is a single 40-stall stable block and two 24-stall blocks, which means there is room for 88 stabled horses. Although, you could probably have more in the paddocks.
Schwartz and his wife bought their first racehorse in 1979 and have bred or raced around 65 thoroughbreds from the property, with several of them racing in the Kentucky Derby.
