Carl Hester presented with honorary degree from Hartpury University

We all know British dressage legend Carl Hester is a genius with horses, and now he has also been awarded an honorary degree with Hartpury University.

The Bachelor of Science Degree with Honours was awarded as an acknowledgement of Carl’s “outstanding achievements in the equestrian field and for [his] long-standing relationship with Hartpury”.

Carl accepted the accolade over the weekend, saying: “A nerve wracking morning at Gloucester Cathedral where I was presented with an honorary degree! I never look forward to public speaking but I did my best and feel very humbled to receive it. You can now call me Dr. Hester… only joking!”
