Marketing and Sales Manager (Melbourne based)
Equestrian Life has a new role for a member to join our team as a Marketing and Sales Manager. We are searching for someone who is highly motivated, innovative and has an appreciation for differing media platforms.
This role is multi-faceted and covers business development, account management and sales. We require a highly professional self-starter who has the ability to generate new business as well as develop and implement strategic marketing plans for our brand.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following:
• 1-2 years B2B sales experience with a proven track record meeting individual targets and/or 1-2 years marketing experience with proven track record of delivering on strategic plans
• Highly developed negotiation and influencing skills
• A lateral thinker with the ability to tailor packages to clients’ needs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to develop rapport quickly and build solid business relationships
• Resilient
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Able to work autonomously
• Desire to work collaboratively with a close-knit team
• Some knowledge or interest in niche markets (in particular the equestrian industry) would also be considered favourably but is not essential
• Current drivers licence
