Grand Prix & Grand Prix Special CDI4*

Sönke Rothenberger and Cosmo won both the Grand Prix (Qualifier for the Special) and Grand Prix Special at the Horses & Dreams CDI4* in Hagen.

The pair won the Grand Prix with a score of 81.239%, with Isabell Werth and Emilio second on 79.326%. In the Special, Sönke and Cosmo scored 79.638% to win from Jessica von Bredow-Werndl and TSF Dalera BB on 79.404%.

It was the first show for Sönke since a fire destroyed the Rothenberger training center at the end of February. Cosmo was led to safety by Sönke from the burning stables.

Grand Prix & Grand Prix Freestyle CDI4*

Frederic Wandres and Duke of Britain won the Grand Prix CDI4* (Qualifier for the Freestyle) with a score of 73.848%. Patrik Kittel and Well Done de La Roche were the runners up on 73.022%.

In the Freestyle CDI4*, it was Shelly Francis and Danilo of the USA who won with a score of 79.755%, while famed eventer Ingrid Klimke and Franziskus 15 were the runners up, scoring 78.595%. Frederic Wandres and Patrik Kittel finished in fourth and fifth respectively, both with scores over 77%.

Grand Prix CSI4* (Two Rounds 1.60m)

In the showjumping, it was Germany’s Katrin Eckermann and Caleya who won the main class, gaining just one time fault in the first round and then jumping the fastest clear in the second round. France’s Julien Anquetin and Gravity of Greenhill were the runners up.
