The Household Calvary Regiment is being relocated to Salisbury Plains after more than 200 years in Windsor town. The regiment is changing location as part of a major restructuring of the British Army.

A spectacular military parade, which ran through Windsor last Saturday was held to mark the departure from the town. The announcement of the Regiment’s departure was initially announced in December, 2016.

The parade consisted of around 250 troops, eight mounted troops and the band of blues and Royals.
