Jennifer Gates, 23, daughter of Microsoft’s founder Bill Gates, got engaged to Egyptian athlete Nayel Nassar, 29, in a surprising proposal organized by her fiancé on a skiing holiday, according to an announcement made by the couple on their official Instagram accounts on Wednesday, January 29.
Jennifer is an accomplished show jumper herself, while Nayel ranked at number 41 in the world according to the FEI’s Longines Rankings. Nayel is hopeful of an Olympic campaign at Tokyo representing Egypt.
