Australian dressage rider Kristy Oatley and Du Soleil have set a personal best score at the FEI Dressage World Cup™ Grand Prix Freestyle to Music in Neumünster, Germany over the weekend.

The cracking score of 79.840% placed the combination in 7th position, in their first FEI competition of the 2022 season.

Kristy and Du Soleil also competed in the Short Grand Prix finishing with a score of 72.526% in 9th place against an incredibly tough field that included German superstars Jessica von Bredow-Werndl and Isabell Werth.

Also representing Australia in Neumünster were Tayla Desmet and Zaubermaus in the CDI1* FEI Prix St. Georges who collected a solid score of 67.059% to finish in 6th place.

The pair also came 4th with a score of 69.559% in the CDI1* FEI Intermediate I.
