Mary Hanna shines at Drysdale Dressage Day

Tuesday saw the beautiful Statene Park play host to Dressage Geelong’s Drysdale Dressage Day – and it was Mary Hanna’s day in more ways than one.
Mary danced to victory in the Grand Prix test with the stunning Syriana, scoring 71.196% in front of judges Susie Hoevenaars and Jane Ventura. It was also Mary’s birthday!
The boutique event, held at Mary’s stunning Bellarine Peninsula property, hosted U25 Grand Prix, Inter II, Prix St Georges and Grand Prix classes – with many well known names appearing on the draw, inclduing Maree Tomkinson, Dirk Dijkstra, Kerry Mack, Caroline Wagner and Charlotte Pedersen.
Jessica Dertell had a great event, winning the U25 Grand Prix with Zanzibar on 66.256% and the PSG with Eskara De Jeu on 68.971%. Susan Nevett and AB Donasoma won the Inter II with 63.456%.
