Saturday at the 2018 Australian Dressage Championships saw Matthew Dowsley and AEA Prestige win the Grand Prix Freestyle CDI-W with a huge score of 75.790%. The pair were awarded scores as high as 77.700% from the judge at M, with all judges scoring them over 74%.

Matthew and Prestige are now the national Grand Prix CDI champions, following their winning performance in the Grand Prix CDI-W yesterday.

Second place went to Shannan Goodwin and Aristede on 72.600%, while third went to Alycia Targa and CP Dresden on 70.710%. Sue Hearn and Remmington also cracked the 70% barrier to score 70.085% for fourth.

The action continues Sunday at the national championships.
