Kristy Oatley and Du Soleil have won the CDI4* Grand Prix at the Hamburg Dressage Derby with a score of 72.543% — a personal best for the combination. It is the third straight victory for the pair in the past month.

Kristy and Du Soleil are in great form heading towards WEG; this personal best tops their previous highest score of 72.065% achieved just a month ago. It is the highest for any Australian combination looking to be selected for WEG this year.

Second place in the field of 25 went to Germany’s Jan-Dirk Gießelmann and Real Dancer on 72.304%, while third went to Emma Kanerva of Finland riding Heartbreaker on a score of 70.587%. Kristy also finished in 13th place riding Qualia (by Quando-Quando) on a score of 66.130%.

Congratulations Kristy on these fabulous results!
